Sanonda saw a significant 59.2% decline in net profit in H1 of 2015

In the first half of 2015, the operating revenue of Hubei Sanonda Co., Ltd. realized was RMB1.235 billion, down 27.35% year on year; the foreign exchange through exports was USD112 million, down 35.97% year on year; the total profit was RMB160 million, down 59.17%. The main reasons were because the agrochemical market remained depressed during the report period, the demand for the company’s major products was slack, the competition was exceptionally fierce, the overall load of production equipment was low and both sales revenue and gross profit margin dropped significantly year on year.
